AAC Anton in Summer
At 1861m Hotham is the highest resort in Victoria. Blessed with stunning views across the alpine high plains and with temperatures consistently 10 degrees cooler in the Alps it’s a special place to escape the summer heat and explore.
AAC Anton and Mt Hotham in the Summer
Explore iconic trails. Gain insight into the gold mining, ski touring, cattle grazing & huts. Discover ‘Cobungra Ditch’, a 10.5 km water race cut in 1884 for gold mining sluicing. Visit the Silver brumby hut at the bottom of the Blue Ribbon tow.
Hiking, photography, horse-riding, altitude training, cycling, mountain biking, 4WD, star gazing, local pubs & restaurants, fishing, flora & fauna, or just relaxing enjoying the stunning views framed by glorious sunrises and sunsets. Photograph the waterfalls, streams, snow gums, indigenous flora and fauna.
Booking availability in summer may be intermittent and will be subject to committee approval.
